Iron Belle WorkWear specializes in custom workplace, team, & event apparel using Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) and Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing.

What’s the difference between HTV and DTF?

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl): Cut from colored vinyl and pressed onto fabric. Best for simple, bold designs.

DTF (Direct-to-Film): Prints full-color designs onto a transfer film, then pressed onto fabric. Ideal for detailed or multicolored graphics.

Which method is better?

HTV is great for solid colors and durability, while DTF allows for intricate, full-color designs.

 

 

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! Custom designs must be submitted at least two weeks in advance for review.

What fabrics work best?

Both HTV and DTF work on cotton, polyester, and blends. DTF is best for polyester and dark fabrics, while HTV works well on cotton and lighter colors.

Do you offer bulk orders for businesses?

Yes! We offer: 

• 10% off orders with 25-49 items
• 15% off orders with 50-99 items
• 20% off orders with 100-199 items
• 25% off orders with 200+ items

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship 5-7 business days after production. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
